Position Description    
1. Performs a variety of administrative functions within the JSF Production and Sustainment Contract
organization, a dynamic and fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.
2. Reviews and monitors proposal and contractual information, prepares necessary reports and
supporting documentation on contracts status, and assists professional Contracts Administrators in
various contracts analyses functions.
3. Provides Customer Support:
• Reviews and processes inquiries for part numbers, product availability, shipment status, and customer
complaints.
• When contracts are received from customer, initiates reviews of contracts/modifications for acceptance
and makes recommendations for acceptance or rejection to Contract Administrator or Contract
Manager. Leads required follow-up activities.
• Analyzes open receivables for on time payment and works to resolve invoice problems.
4. Administers and maintains a variety of databases to include the F-22 and JSF Shipping Database,
Web Based Order Entry and Return Excel files.
5. Conducts contract closeouts per policy and provide support to Contract Administrators on closeout
activities.
6. Independently reads and extracts required data from contracts and may execute order entry for new
contracts and modifications.
7. Extracts, tracks, analyzes and reports data and makes recommendations based on the analysis. May
recommend and coordinate follow-up activities as needed.
8. Makes recommendations and supports establishment of new/modified contract processes, procedures
and policies.
9. Prepares necessary monthly and quarterly reports and supporting documentation for management
review.  

Skills Required
  Requires an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent and two (2) years
experience in a related area; or a high school education or the equivalent with additional specialized
courses, plus a minimum of six (6) years related experience.  

Skills Preferred    
Bachelors Degree plus strong customer relations and teamwork skills, strong written and verbal skills.
Computer proficient with database manipulation experience.
